This Statement of Privacy governs data collection and usage by Great Foods2go, Inc., a Delaware Corporation dba 1Delivery (“1D,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and how we handle your personal information when you visit or use https://1delivery.com (the “Site”), the 1D mobile application, and any other website or mobile application that links to this Privacy Statement (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Services, you consent to the use and sharing of your personal information as described in this Statement of Privacy. Your access to and use of our Services are subject to our Terms and Conditions, which define some of the terms used throughout this Statement of Privacy. If you do not agree with these practices, please do not use the Services, or otherwise provide us with your personal information.

Information You Provide Directly
You may provide information to us when you use our Services, including when you register with 1D, search within or place orders through our Services, contact us with inquiries, respond to surveys, or otherwise access our Services. In order to better provide you with the Services 1D may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

- Delivery Address
- E-mail Address
- Phone number
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain Services available on the Site. These may include: (a) registering for an account on our Site; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an-email message; (e) providing your delivery address and submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing Services on our Site. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to Services you have requested from us. When you place an order through our Services, we collect information related to that order, including the products or services purchased, and the date and time of the purchase and delivery. You may also choose to provide ratings on Merchants or Contractors on Services you have requested from us.

- The type of web browser and operating system you use to access our Services;

- The specific 1D pages you visit, content you view, features you use and the date and time of your visits.

We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies (“Cookies”) to improve your convenience, for example, to recognize you when you return to 1D and to remember information you have already provided, such as items already in your order cart. We use Cookies to collect information and personalize your experience with our Services. - Connect your orders to a Merchant or Contractor and complete your deliveries.

- Improve the content and functionality of our Services.
- Help the Merchants on our platform improve their offerings.
- Calculate the total number of visitors to our Services and to each page or feature of our Services .
- Better understand our users’ demographics, interests, and behaviors.
- Enhance other information we have about you to help us better understand you and determine your interests.
- Provide recommendations to you.
We may use your information for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect or receive the information, or otherwise with your consent.
4. Sharing information with Third Parties.
To help provide you with a high-quality delivery we may share your information, including your personal information, with the Contractors, who complete your requested deliveries. Similarly, we may share your name, phone number, order information, customer feedback and other information related to your orders with Merchants. We may also disclose aggregate, anonymous information to these third-party service providers. To help us run our business, we may also share your information, including your contact information, ratings, other information you provide directly, and information collected automatically, with entities that provide services to us, including third parties that provide payment processing, advertising services, web analytics, data processing, IT services, customer support and other services. 1D does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.
1D may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on 1D or the Site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of 1D; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of 1D, or the public.
Corporate Transactions
We may transfer your information to one or more third parties as part of a sale, transfer, merger, reorganization, dissolution, or similar event.
Right to Deletion
Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:
- Delete your personal information from our records; and.
- Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

5. Links and Third-Party Sites
Our Services may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by 1D. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information. In addition, some of the functionality on our Services may be provided by third parties that are not affiliated with 1D These entities may collect or receive certain information about your use of our Services and your activities over time and across different websites, including through the use of cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. For example, we use services like Google Analytics to help us see traffic patterns on the Site. 1D is not responsible for the privacy practices of these entities.
6. Social Networking
When you link social networking services such as Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram (collectively, “Social Network”) account to 1D or log into our Services using your Social Network account, we may collect relevant information necessary to enable our Services to access that Social Network and your data contained within that Social Network. The manner in which a Social Network collects, uses, stores, and discloses your information is governed by the policies of such third parties and 1D shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of any Social Network that may be enabled within our Services. We also may share your information with the operator of that Social Network to facilitate or enhance delivery of that Social Network or other services to you. A Social Network may provide us with access to certain information that you have provided to them, and we will use, store, and disclose such information in accordance with this Statement of Privacy. Additionally, a Social Network may collect personal information and information about your use of our Site or Services automatically.
Opt-Out of Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

California Do Not Track Disclosure
1D does not have a mechanism in place for responding to browser “do not track” signals or other similar mechanisms used to limit collection of information for use in Online Behavioral Advertising.

1D does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use the Site or the Services.
8. International Users
Any information we obtain about you will be stored in accordance with U.S. privacy laws, regulations, and standards, which may not be equivalent to the laws in your country of residence. By using our Services, you consent to this collection, transfer, storage, and processing of information to and in the United States. 1D is based in the United States and, regardless of where you use our Services, the information collected as part of that use will be transferred to and maintained on servers located in the United States.
